Do you offer custom framing?

I’m sorry, I do not offer framing at this time. Most original pieces and all giclée prints follow standard measurements to make framing easy.

Are these works original?

If you are buying an art print, you are buying an unlimited edition highest quality reproduction of the original artwork. We will soon launch our original marketplace and limited prints line.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver to most places in the world using major logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail.

Please keep in mind!
Shipments to a specific delivery address may be subject to additional import/custom charges upon arrival. Import limits and tax-free allowances vary from country to country, duties might or might not apply and are solely the customer’s responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

newminuses.com accepts all major using PayPal or visa/mastercard credit cards through payment gateway. PayPal allows you to make payments by wire transfer or credit card. Payment gateway offers the possibility to process all major visa/mastercard credit cards and ApplePay directly during checkout.

Is this site secure?

Yes, all connections to this site are SSL-encrypted and also your payment details will always be processed through highly secure payment gateway with industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

How do I use discount codes?

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout, right after leaving the cart page.

Can I send my order back?

I hope that you will be happy with my product/s for a long time! If you need to return a product though, you can ship it back within 14 days. Shipping costs for a return are to be paid by the customer. Please read the return policy carefully and send me an email before!

All offered Art Prints are museum quality print made of thick matte paper. Each artwork is printed with multicolor, water-based inkjet printing technique.

Colors

Please keep in mind that the colors of artworks might differ from those onscreen. We try to capture the colors precisely, but any monitor is calibrated differently.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the artwork in their original condition and packaging within 28 days. The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage.


Please inform us before returning any items.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. We will make a refund of eligible returns after receiving and checking the condition of the returned good.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Gil Cahya and New Minuses. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Gil Cahya and New Minuses.
